N-Smart (Tools) is an IoT-based solution with BLE tags on every service tools, enabling real-time tracking and remote monitoring. The solution provides a cloud-agnostic web-based portal for service and inventory managers to centrally monitor and manage assets at campus and service locations. Field technicians and mobile workforce, we provided an web application to verify asset condition before starting and closing the trip. Any request for tool allocation or tool calibration can be done instantly to be fully equipped for service calls.
